If you don’t practice touching your toes then certainly it may be hard for you to to do it. Yoga can help with that, if that is a goal for you. It is not a prerequisite, it is an outcome of yoga. Some people shouldn’t even try if they have bad backs but going to a nice flat back with proper alignment can still give those hamstrings a great stretch!
Letting go of what you think you should be doing and just DO what you can! Anything is better that doing nothing at all 🙂
